LEAD FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
The candidate should be qualified or have had experience in working with all Airport GSE equipment orworked previously as a plant fitter.
The role will involve customer interaction to service and repair all types of airport ground support equipment to a high standard. It is important that the candidate is self-motivated and capable of good interaction with the Service Coordinator.
The applicant should live within 30 minutes drive of Stansted Airport and be prepared to support the wider area, typically Biggin Hill, Cambridge, Luton Norwich and other locations throughout Eastern and South Eastern UK area.
The applicant must also be prepared to occasionally travel throughout the UK and beyond. An expensed vehicle, phone, laptop and specialist tools will be provided. Normal working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week, to be worked between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday.
Employees are expected to be co-operative in working outside these hours if necessary. In general, the timing of the working day should meet customer expectation and be flexible providing that a target of 8 hours are worked in any working day, the employee attends five days per week and all 40 hours are worked in the same week.

WELDER / FABRICATOR
We require a Fabricator/Welder with a discipline in 304 stainless steel pipe, tube and sheet.
Good knowledge of manual/semi-automated TIG welding with back purging.
There is also MIG manual/semi-automated welding.
The work largely consists of:
- Forming of coils and welding 32mm x 2mm Stainless Steel tube.
- General fabrication which involves rolling cylinders and assembly of components for welding.
Note: High percentage of parts are profile cut, formed and tapped for ease of assembly.
We are a small family business and this is a permanent position based at Lasham.
Normal working hours within a 37.5 hr week.
5 weeks holiday + bank holidays.
